Almost everyone uses social media, but few people know how to leverage it to maximize value within an organization. A false assumption that many people make is that social media for leisure use automatically corresponds to social media for corporate use. Social media within an organization needs to be governed and that is why I so much appreciate the checklist AIIM recently published entitled, “Social Business – 8 Steps to an Effective Strategy.” The steps include:
